This website is operated by CheSlayyGraphics LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CheSlayyGraphics LLC. CheSlayyGraphics LLC offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

SECTION 2 - DESIGN PROCESS

PLEASE COMPLETE AND SUBMIT DESIGN INQUIRY FORM WITH ALL ORDERS! *PRODUCTION WILL NOT BEGIN UNTIL FORM & PAYMENT HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED.* YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE I RECEIVE YOUR QUESTIONNAIRE AND WILL BE ADDED TO THE QUEUE.

• We require all logo files to be sent in a .png (transparent) file. 
• Professional and/or high-quality photos, HEX codes, & a clear vision for your branding are required. If you are unable to provide this your order will be canceled or the client inquiry will not be approved.
• Freestyling is no longer an option. Please refrain from using the words "I don't know", "Just make something", etc. It's not our job to come up with something. With a clear and precise description, we can execute your vision correctly. 
• All verbiage (text) must be clear and typed out. Also be sure to spell check.

SECTION 3 - DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS 

All projects MUST be PAID IN FULL before any work will begin. All pricing at CheSlayyGraphics LLC are subject to change at any time and becomes effective upon posting to this site. If there has been an agreed pricing between CheSlayyGraphics LLC  and the client before changes have been made, it will remain valid until that project is complete. All remaining unpaid balances will be due within 24 hours of your final approval of the design concept. Once the final payment is made, the project will be finalized and all files will be sent to you. No project will begin until payment has been 100% cleared. 

SECTION 4 - TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround times vary depending on the service desired. Standard turnaround time is between 7-14 business days. A more detailed turnaround time can be found on the individual product page. Turnaround times are subject to change depending on the current workload. If revisions are needed an additional 3-5 business days will be added. (THIS ONLY INCLUDES OUR BUSINESS DAYS) TURNAROUND TIME BEGINS "THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY" ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED, FORM HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION EMAIL. *Drafts/Communication MAY still be sent outside of business days/hours.*

SECTION 5 - REFUND/RETURN POLICY

We have a NO refund policy. Once final designs are submitted to the customer, the sale is final. Once a customer has placed an order for a digital download, all sales are final.

A customer may be granted a PARTIAL refund, if only you decide you no longer want the service before the initial design has began.

Customers are allowed up to 3 revisions before the final design. Additional revisions will be an additional fee.

By purchasing any design service, you ( the client ) are agreeing to all terms & conditions listed here. It is your duty as ( the client ) to thoroughly read through all of our terms & conditions before purchasing.
